Training and Support

simPRO offers training for a complete solution via online, face to face and group training needs from implementation to advance software mastery.

They offer one on one sessions with their experienced consultants directly to help in understanding basic and complex issues encountered with the add-on use. The only drawback on simPRO’s Online Hourly Training and other training facilities is that users are required to pay a high amount of training fees for extra help. This online training costs $125* per hour in which consultants take time to understand and implement effective solutions for the business. This may be costly but if effective assistance measures are met then it will be worth every penny the company invests.

simPRO training facility also offers onsite training and pre-sales consultation in which it includes the training of new staff on a per day or half day basis. During the training, consultants will be conducting customised preparatory task with the staff to ensure that the software features are prominently explained and that staff will gain expertise in using the add-on. This training cost $800 to $1200*.

simPRO also conducts implementation training for free for new clients who start with the simPRO Enterprise Plan. Depending on the complexity of the business, implementation normally takes four to five days from the introductory phase on system set-up to detailed discussion for the user and operational topics.
